The following procedure assumes that a catalog is currently loaded in the Catalog Editor.

1. Select the Edit Database Schema icon to display the Edit Schema dialog.
2. Select a table from the Tables list.
3. Click the Edit Field icon.
4. In the Add New Field dialog, modify the applicable fields:
   • Field Name
   • Field Type (see note)
   • Field Size
   • Field Description
   Note: Note that the Field Type cannot be modified.
5. Click OK to apply the changes.
